The Digi-Flex Multi® hand exerciser enhances individual finger strength, flexibility, and coordination. Its interchangeable finger buttons make the Multi™ a genuinely adaptable tool for exercise. You can use each button separately to work on finger strength or compress the whole unit for comprehensive hand and forearm training. Adjust the resistance for any finger by swapping the finger button. The buttons easily snap into the frame, which features a padded ergonomic palm bar. There are 8 different levels of finger buttons to choose from.
